By submitting an order through eyelovespecs.com, you confirm that the prescription information you've provided is accurate and current, and that it was issued by a licensed eye care provider. We are not able to verify your prescription independently before beginning production.
Your frames
You are responsible for shipping us frames that are structurally sound and suitable for lens replacement. We'll flag any frame we believe can't safely be fit with new lenses before proceeding, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in frames you provide.
Pricing
Prices listed on this site are current as of the time you view them but may change. Any price changes will not affect an order you've already submitted and had confirmed.
Production & turnaround
Typical turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary based on lens type, material, and order volume. We'll let you know if your order is expected to take longer than usual.
