When you submit an order through eyelovespecs.com, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

- Your prescription details (SPH, CYL, Axis, Add, and PD), entered manually or uploaded as a photo
- Your lens type, material, and coating selections
- Any notes you add about your order or frames
We do not collect payment information directly on this site at this stage — payment, when enabled, will be handled by a third-party processor (such as Stripe), which has its own privacy practices.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Prepare and fulfill your lens order
- Contact you about your order, including confirming your prescription or following up on unclear details
- Improve how we serve customers generally
We do not sell your personal information or prescription data to third parties.
Where it's stored
Order submissions are processed through our form provider (Netlify Forms) and may also be stored in a private spreadsheet used for order tracking. Access to this information is limited to the people fulfilling your order.
Prescription data
Your prescription is health-related information. We treat it with the same care as your other personal details, and we use it solely to fill your specific order — not for any other purpose.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics — this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, or to request it be deleted, subject to any recordkeeping we're required to maintain for completed orders.
