What frames can I send in?
Most metal, plastic, and rimless frames in good structural condition. If you're not sure whether your specific frame will work, send us a photo before mailing it in and we'll take a look.
How do I find my PD (pupillary distance)?
It's often printed on your prescription. If not, you can measure it yourself with a ruler and mirror, or use the "Measure your PD" guidance linked in the order form — a friend can also measure it for you more accurately.
Is my prescription still valid to use?
Most prescriptions are valid for 1–2 years from your eye exam, depending on your state and provider. Check the date on your prescription — if it's expired, you'll want a new exam before ordering.
What if I don't have 2 PD numbers?
That's completely normal — most prescriptions just list a single PD number. Only check "I have 2 PD numbers" if your prescription specifically lists separate right/left eye measurements.
How long does an order take?
Typically 5–7 business days from when we receive your frames, though it can vary slightly by lens type. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What lens material should I choose?
It depends mostly on your prescription strength. Our order form gives you a live suggestion once you enter your SPH power, and our Lens Guide breaks down what each material and coating actually does.
Do you accept insurance, FSA, or HSA?
We don't process vision insurance directly at this stage, but many FSA/HSA cards work as a standard payment card, and we're happy to provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
What if my new lenses don't fit right?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we'll adjust or remake them at no additional lab cost. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
